School Physicals

 

Now is the perfect time to schedule your student's school physical.   We offer physicals for children entering school for the first time up to college bound seniors.    Remember that your student will need to be current on vaccinations before entering a new school year.  During the physical, we will be happy to complete school forms that you may require.
